Every great company begins with a vision. The journey of Mr. Kishan Mohan Agarwal is a testament to how determination, resilience, and a commitment to quality can turn that vision into reality.
Born into a business family, he grew up with the values of discipline, hard work, and integrity, inspired by his father, Shri Satish Chandra Agarwal, founder of Nanigram Rameshwar Dayal & Co. (est. 1960).
In 2008, driven by ambition and a passion for the coatings industry, Mr. Agarwal embarked on his entrepreneurial journey with a modest 900 sq. yard manufacturing facility. Despite financial constraints and intense market competition, he remained focused on innovation, product quality, and building lasting customer relationships.
Through years of perseverance and visionary leadership, this humble beginning evolved into Jai Shree Paints & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., now operating from a state-of-the-art 1,50,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Iglas, serving customers across India.
His journey reflects a simple yet enduring belief: lasting success is built on quality, consistency, and trust. Today, his vision continues to guide the company’s pursuit of excellence and its commitment to delivering high-performance coating solutions.
